Looking for an option to redirect your users to your homepage where you have your Hellonext platform embedded?

With Hellonext, you can now choose the URL host of links that are added to outgoing emails. This helps you set where the redirection should be, from the emails that your customers receive.

You can either redirect your customers to your Hellonext home page with the default setup - Hellonext Homepage or if you have embed your feedback portal elsewhere on the internet, emails sent out to your users can be configured URL - Custom Homepage, to redirect them to the appropriate page.

Here’s how you can set it up:

• Start by signing into your Hellonext account.

• Visit the Dashboard and click on Organization Settings over the left.

• Under the Basic setting, scroll down to the Email Notifications section.

• You'll find an option to set up URL host.

Note: To set up URL host make sure you’ve enabled the Email Notifications option too.

• The default option set will be your Hellonext Homepage. If you have custom domain set for your organization, the respective URL will be populated here.

• If you opt for the Custom Homepage option, you would have to enter your valid, alternative URL where you would prefer your users to be redirected to and click on Save.
