On most platforms in order to interact with the content (i.e. by submitting their own feedback or post or even voting or commenting on a feedback that is already present), you will be asked to sign in and create an account so that only verified users of the platform are able to give in their two cents.

Voting on an existing submission means; quite simply, voting or registering your support on a post that you agree with. This can be a feature set or a change suggestion made by someone else as feedback.

Guest interactions on Hellonext lets you submit a post, comment on posts and add a vote on a post without actually having to sign in. This way, any prospective customer who lands on your page can also provide you feedback.

Note that this is a global setting - so it applies to all the Boards present in your organization.

Here's how you can achieve this!

• Start by signing into your account.

• From there, you will find the Boards option on the left panel. Click on it.

• Once you are there, toggle to the Settings tab.

• Scrolling down, you will find a toggle titled Guest Submission. Enabling this toggle will allow your guest users to post submissions without having to log in - just by using any email ID.

• You will also find a toggle for Guest Votes and Guest comments. Enabling this toggle will allow guest users to vote on posts and comment without having to log-in.

  

• Once you enable Guest comments, the submitter’s comment is logged using a randomly generated user name like there!

  

With moderation turned on for posts and comments, guest submissions and guest comments will be directed into the moderation section which the admin can approve, delete or close.
