While using Hellonext, you will have the option to set moderations on the posts and comments in oder to avoid spam contents on your platform. Once the moderation is enabled, all the posts and comments received in your organization will go under this tab!

Only the posts and comments that are approved by that organisation admins and members only viewed publicly. You also get the option to moderate posts and comments in Bulk. Choose between Delete, Approve and Close options after selecting the posts.

How cool is that? Nothing will go out of your hands nor take a lot of your time!😃

Steps to turn on moderation

1. After signing into your organisation, navigate to your Dashboard.

2. Click on the Boards option on the left panel.

3. From here, you will have to toggle to the Settings tab on the top in the Boards section.

4. Scrolling down, you will see the option for Moderation. Enable the toggles as required to initiate the moderation for all comments and/or posts, as you would like!

Bulk Actions

You can select the required posts/ comments from the Moderation section over the left panel and choose to

• Delete: Delete all posts chosen permanently

• Approve: Sets the chosen comments/posts visible for users to see and interact with.

• Change the status of the posts, assignee and board.

• You can also hide posts and add tags to it.
