What happens to inactive accounts?

Hellonext is for everyone. We want to make sure that you have a great experience using the platform.

In cases where your trial expired or your subscription with Hellonext did not renew, our Inactivity Policy comes into play. After 30 days of inactivity, we will be asking you whether to delete your data or to retain them with Hellonext.

In cases where we do not receive a response from you over email, your data with Hellonext will be deleted and is not recoverable. This is to ensure cleanliness and availability of the platform. We do have a policy to handle inactive accounts.
