This shift is for a better subscription experience for you, and easier business process for us. This change will also help us cut down 10% of our running cost, and invest that into building our product.
To facilitate this switch, we have established a migration flow that will guide you through the process step by step. Follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth changeover:

Head to your Hellonext Dashboard → Organization → Billing → Usage.

Click on Migrate to Paddle. This will initiate the migration process.

You will be automatically redirected to Paddle's interface. Here, you will notice that a coupon has been automatically applied to ensure your current pricing is grandfathered.

The remaining days from your previous billing cycle will be included as trial days on Paddle. This transition will not cause any interruption in your service.
Note: Taxes are applied exclusively based on ZIP code.

Rest assured, no charges will be made during the migration process. You will only be charged on your next billing date as it has been until now.
Once you have reviewed the details, proceed to checkout. After completing the checkout process, you will be redirected back to your Hellonext dashboard's "Usage" page.
