How to update your billing email address from your Hellonext account

We understand that at times you would prefer to receive your invoices and other billing updates to a particular email address, different from the one used for your Hellonext organization. Here’e how you can go about updating it on your Stripe account via the Hellonext Billing section.

  1. Sign into your Hellonext account and visit the Dashboard.

  2. Click on Organization Settings over the left.

  3. Toggle to Billing and click on the Manage Billing link.

  4. This will redirect you to your Stripe billing profile. Scroll down to the Billing Information section.

  5. Click on Update Information and update your billing email address.

  6. Once done scroll down, click on Save and you are good to go!

Seems rather easy and simple to follow doesn’t it? That’s because it is!
