On Hellonext, we offer you options to customize your brand on our platform! This way when your user lands on your page to provide feedback they are met with a platform that contains your Brand's content fostering the relationship with your customers!
To achieve this, log into your Hellonext account → Open your Dashboard → Click on the Organization Settings on the left panel → Under Basic Settings, you will see options to update the following under the Branding section.
Organization title - Update the Name of your organization by using this option.
Organization Description - Jot down the description on what your organization does. This gets appended as the metadata along with your OG image, when your organization’s links are shared.
Language - Set your preferable language for the organization. Currently we offer: English, French, Spanish, German, Russian, Portuguese, Japanese and Korean.
Default Theme - Set up a theme (Dark/light) for your organization so your users can view your landing page in the respective mode.
Brand Color - Check out our interactive color pinwheel and set the color of your brand. You can also set it using the hex color code.
Favicon - A Favicon is a small image that identifies the page a user is landing on. The Favicon that you set here appears in the tab bar of your browser preceding the name of your Organization. ICO, JPG or PNG files smaller than 2 MB can be uploaded.
Logo - Set your brand’s logo here. The image should be at least 640×320px (1280×640px for best display), JPG or PNG format, smaller than 2MB.
Feature image for Social Media - You can upload the image that you would like to reflect on the all the social media platforms, so that your brand remains consistent everywhere. The image should be at least 640×320px (1280×640px for best display), JPG or PNG format, smaller than 2MB.
