How to enable Downvote Posts?

The process of downvoting a post is not available by default on an organization. If you would like to give your users the option to downvote a post, you can do so by following the steps given below after signing into your Hellonext account:

• Go to your organization’s Dashboard and on the left panel, choose the Boards section.

• Click on the Settings option and scroll down to Additional Settings.

• Here, you will find the toggle to allow downvoting. You can enable it to allow users to downvote the posts that are submitted to your organization.

How to enable Priority Rating?

Deciding the right feature request for next release may feel like a daunting task - but not any more! Here's where Priority Rating comes in to picture. This option will allow users to choose the importance of the post.

Similar to the steps taken through above, you can enable the Priority Rating toggle for your organization by signing into your account on Hellonext.

• You can go on the Boards on the left panel in your Dashboard.

• Under Additional Settings, in the Settings section - you will see a toggle for priority rating.

• Enable this if you would like to ask your user, every time they submit a post; how important their post is to them.

This will help your team to prioritize their releases! 👩🏻‍💻

How to enable Auto-Upvote?

When the option for Auto-Upvote is enabled, a post submitted by a user will be automatically upvoted by the submitter. This is done instantaneously as the user clicks the submit button for their post.

• Under Additional Settings for your Boards, you will be able to see the Auto-Upvote toggle.

• Once you enable this toggle, any post submitted to your organization will be automatically submitted with one upvote to it - which will be by the submitter of the post!
