Enabling the Auto select Board option from Board settings presents your customers with the default Board chosen in the New Post form, to post their feedback to.

If disabled, the customer will have to manually select the Board that they wish to post their feedback in.

Here's how to enable this option:

• Sign into your Hellonext account and then visit your Dashboard.

• Click on the Boards section on the left panel

• Toggle to the Customizations tab

• You will find the enable option for Auto Select Board.
