Privacy matters! Enabling Mask User Details on Hellonext would hide their details being displayed on the Public Boards to anyone who is not an Admin or a team member. This includes the user details being hidden from other users too!

Additionally, we give you an option to Partially Mask User Details on our platform! ✨😃

This means that your users details will be available to those who share the same domain name as them! This will allow you to hide users' names from each other, except those who have the same email domain. The names of the users will only be displayed to admins and team members.

How to enable these options?

1. Sign in to your Hellonext organization.

2. On the Dashboard, click on Boards on the left panel.

3. Toggle to the Settings option for all Boards.

4. Here, under Privacy, you will find these options listed.

5. You can either enable Mask User Details or Partial Mask User Details at a time, but not both.
