How to Embed a Roadmap

As opposed to only linking a page on your website, embedding makes things easier for everybody involved! Wanna know how to embed your Roadmap on your website? Read on to find out -

  1. Start by logging in and navigating to your Dashboard.

  2. Once you choose Roadmap on the left panel, click on the Settings & Embed option on the screen.

  3. At the bottom of the page, you will see an option to embed your Roadmap to your website - just copy the given link and paste it on your website, finally you can see your Roadmap visually at your favourite place on your website!

Wow, a 3️⃣-step process! That makes embedding the roadmap almost as easy as making cup ramen. 🍜


How to embed a board specific roadmap

  1. From your Admin Dashboard, choose Boards from the sidebar.

  2. Click on the board you wish to embed.

  3. Toggle to the Embeds tab.

  4. You will find this board’s Roadmap Embed section in this page.

  5. Click on the Copy button to copy the code.

  6. Paste the embed code in your website or product or forward it to your developer.

  7. Once you are done, the embed will render for the board’s roadmap you wanted.

  1. You can also achieve this for public / private boards with SSO implementation using the snippet for SSO Roadmap Embed URL.

Embed a board specific roadmap with SSO

SSO for Roadmap Embeds allows you to authenticate users from your system. Users will no longer have to Sign in or sign up to add posts.

  1. From your Admin Dashboard, choose Boards from the sidebar.

  2. Click on the board you wish to embed.

  3. Toggle to the Embeds tab.

  4. You will find this board’s Roadmap Embed With SSO section in this page.

  5. Click on the Copy button to copy the code.

  6. Paste the embed code in your website or product or forward it to your developer.

For public Board, users will be created if they do not exist in 'Your Users' section.

For private Board, we will not create users. We will only authenticate users added to the 'Board Members' section.
