Hellonext lets you rename the five default the statuses to give you finer control. These are the statuses that gets shipped with your Hellonext account by default:

• In Review

• Planned

• In Progress

• Completed

• Closed

To do this, from your Admin Dashboard access Boards from the sidebar.

1. Toggle to the Customization section.

2. Under Status Customization section, you will find the default statuses with their description.

3. Click on Edit to customize the name of the particular status.

4. Click on Update and you're done.
