Hellonext now gives you an option to allow your customers who submit posts, to select tags during Post submission. The new post modal that shows up, despite the way you have integrated,( Embeds, Widgets, Feedback collection form ), will have an option for your customers to select the tag.

In cases, where your organisation is private this option allows you Board members to select tags while they submit feedback. This option is also available to Guest users who land on your Organization’s page! Your job to organise the posts and prioritize tasks based on that, as an admin, becomes a whole lot easier now!

You can enable this option for Submitters to select tags, during post submission, by following the steps below:

1. Sign into your Hellonext organization.

2. Go to your Dashboard → Click on Boards over the left pane.

3. Toggle to Form Customization → You will see a toggle button to Allow tag selection.

4. Once this is enabled your customers can select tags when they submit a post.

Note: If Hide Tags is enabled in Boards → Settings, this option will be disabled by default.
