Your Hellonext account gives you the ability to assign a post to someone in your team. This makes them accountable, and they get to update the status of a post based on the progress. But at times, you would want this feature to be an internal feature that is visible only to your team.

How to hide assignee details from public view

1. From your Admin Dashboard, click on Boards from the sidebar.

2. Select the desired board from the list of Boards.

3. Toggle to the Options tab.

4. Flip the switch on Hide Assignee.

5. When this option is ON, post assignees will not be visible to the public view.

Note: Remember that this option is also available for you to set globally across all boards. You can change that setting by navigating to the Admin Dashboard → Boards → Settings → Scroll down to Additional Settings.
