Public Organization vs Private Organization!

- Public Organization is accessible to any customer without the necessity to log in. Any customer who lands on your organization’s page can look at the existing feedback, provide feedback, submit new ideas, report bugs and so on. There are no restrictions when it comes to Public Organizations. Users can make a wholesome utilization of the organization without any restrictions.

A typical example of a Public Organization is https://feedback.hellonext.co/

- Private Organization - As a Hellonext user you can create more than one organization. If you require your Organization to be private and only accessible to users you add as a customer, you can enable Organization Privacy. Any other user who tries to access your feedback portal will not be authenticated unless you add them as a customer.

How to add a customer?

  1. Head to your Hellonext Dashboard → Insights → All Customers.

  2. Use the Add Customer button.

  3. An email invite will be sent to the user with which they can sign in/ sign up.

How to set Organization privacy?

As soon as you sign up for Hellonext you would be taken through the steps to create an Organization. At this point, you enable the toggle button to make your Organization private.

If left unchanged during the setup process, the organization will be set to public. If you would like to make it private at any point you can follow the steps below:

  • Go to the Dashboard of your organization.

  • Click on Organization Settings

  • In the Basic section, under Privacy, you can enable Organization Privacy.

Seems rather easy and simple to follow, doesn’t it? That’s because it is! Do feel free to reach out to us if any queries should arise! :)
