As an admin you can now archive boards that you no longer use on your Hellonext organization, thereby removing it from the view of your team members and customers. Once archived the posts in the archived board will no longer appear in the search results.

Here’s how you can do it!

1. Navigate to your Hellonext Dashboard → choose Boards on the left.

2. Choose a board that you’d want to archive.

   Note: The default public board cannot be archived.

3. Toggle to Options → scroll down and click on Archive.

   

4. This will hide the board, its posts and comments from your customers purview without permanently deleting it.

5. All the archived boards will be listed under the Archived boards tabs in the boards module.

Unarchiving Boards

Only the admins of an organization can unarchive a board. You can unarchive the board by navigating to Dashboard → Boards → toggle to Archived boards → choose the specific archived board → click on Unarchive.
