We would like admins to be able to comment on suggestions privately (only other admins could see). This way, developers could comment on suggestions/bugs to document strategies or implementation details internally. They could also use this to record the amount of time that it took to implement the change. We wouldn't want any of this to be public though.

Also, if would be nice to have some feedback/suggestions to be internal only.
