When users land on the page, they see the "New Submission" button and try to submit a request. However, if they are new/haven't logged in, they are asked to sign up/login before submission. On logging in, however, their previous entry is erased and the user has to re-enter everything. It'll be great if the entry can be preserved or at the very least, the "New Submission" button can be hidden unless the user is logged in.
