Panel based view in Admin for better managment of posts

Currently when moderating multiple posts, I have to go to the post, and come to home page to open the next post. Or other option is opening in new tabs but I sometime lose track of the post in the list page.

Instead if there is a way to view list in one pane and the view of the current post in another side by side, managing will be lot easier. Admins will be able to switch between posts much faster and take actions.
