Currently, the application is taking me to new organization creation when I sign in/signup for users who have no organization.
The admin should be able to delete a comment that it irrelevant to the feedback/suggestions.
A user should be able to follow his/her favorite feature request and keep getting constant updates on the same.
Assigning a feedback to a team member inside the company would be helpful.
Some admins would like to have things neat and tidy. After all, hellonext represents their customers. It would be good to have the ability to edit the title and the description of the submissions m...
your default bucket is a pain in the ***. as I have other buckets such as feature requests, and issues and I do not know what to do with this default bucket which is shown by default to my users.
It would be great if the user could choose which bucket (e.g. bugs, feature request) they want their feedback to go into when they submit their request.
There should be capabilities to fileter responses based on various parameters and combination - by person - by DateTime (from to) - by category / +ve / -ve - Should be able to generate report...
Allow admins to paste their Intercom JS snippet so that their customers can chat with them directly from hellonext.
Ability to render the tweet directly in the comments section when someone pasts a Twitter link would be nice.
Would be nice to have an integration with Jira. Especially useful for teams using Agile Project Management.
Sometimes, this feature might come in handy.
It would be great if I could just have a simple <img src="..."> tag so I can show people what the added feature looks like.
There's no reason to hide it under an 'Options' button, it would be much easier if clicking the status brought up the status picker.
Would be great if I could select which filters to allow users to view on my company's page. (PS -- this is an awesome website! Can't wait to see what rolls out post-beta)
With an increasing amount of feature requests, it is getting hard to find if a feature request already exists.
Often even after autocorrects helps, We have typos and missing filler words. I think think edit option will be a great add to solve these problems
Not all people can explain in words, its easier for teams to make changes if they can see it. So, images are a good add .
Upon signing up and on the /feedback page, the hamburger menu doesn't work when clicked -- nothing happens. Other link to user profile and New Submission button work fine.
When I try to view it from mobile, the landing page is cluttered with too many buttons that look like CTA, but they aren't.
When status of the feedback is updated it should be possible to send email to people who have voted for that idea
Sometime when an idea is submitted compay may want to review it before allowing people to vote for the idea so by default want to hide the idea submitted
Some companies may need only logged in user to provide feedback/vote for the feature
Inorder to avoid duplicate requests, it would be helpful to provide some suggestions on the existing feature requests.
